A More Thoughtful Way to Move
Cleveland & Northeast Ohio Real Estate
Advisor.
Designer.
Strategist.
You're probably not looking for someone to simply help you buy or sell a home.
You're looking for someone whose judgment and discernment you trust. Someone who can help you make sense of the market, understand your options, prepare for what's ahead, design a winning strategy and keep the project moving smoothly.
That's the role I love to play.
I'll never make the decision for you. But I'll make sure you have the information, perspective, and preparation to make the right one for yourself.
Because in the end, my goal isn't just a successful closing or a specific dollar amount.
It's helping you navigate one of life's biggest financial decisions with confidence.

A STRATEGIC APPROACH TO SELLING YOUR HOME
The goal isn’t simply to create buzz. It’s to create the right first impression for the people most likely to call your home their own.
Intentional Strategy
Every recommendation has a purpose. From pricing and presentation to launch strategy and negotiations, every decision is made with the bigger picture in mind. It’s never about checking boxes. It’s about creating the strongest possible outcomes.
Trusted Relationships
Real estate is a team effort. Over the years, I’ve built relationships with exceptional photographers, stagers, lenders, inspectors, contractors, movers, and fellow agents. Together, we create an experience that’s seamless, thoughtful, and tailored to your goals.
Calm Preparation
The best outcomes begin long before your home goes on the market– or before you write an offer. I believe preparation creates confidence, and I spend a great deal of time helping clients understand what’s ahead so they can make thoughtful decisions when the moment arrives.
NOTES FROM CLIENTS
“I cannot believe you sold our house in one weekend! You are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions we had so that we understood all aspects. In addition, you are very prompt in responding to the buyer’s agent and great at leading discussions. We highly recommend you to everyone!”
BEN + CAITLIN
“We expected our home to sell relatively quickly, but definitely did not expect the level of interest we saw in just one weekend, and I know that’s a direct result of the work you put in. You truly made us feel like we were your only client and number one priority and that meant the world to us. I would without question recommend you to anyone looking to sell/buy/build/remodel as you are an expert in all of those areas.”
JOE + KACEY
“You did an excellent job laying out information, letting us make decisions that were best for our family. You understood the ‘why’ behind our decision and calmed our emotions in a fast paced housing market. You truly care about your goals and we are so glad we had the opportunity to have your guidance! You’re an excellent realtor and highly knowledgeable of the communities in the greater Cleveland area'.”

What 30-offer weekends have taught me about selling homes
Common Questions (and my answers)
-
Earlier than you might think. The more time we have, the more intentional we can be about what your home actually needs before it reaches the market. That might include repairs, staging, photography, pricing, or simply understanding your options. Preparation gives us the ability to make thoughtful decisions before they become urgent ones.
-
There’s more to pricing than looking at a few comparable sales. We’ll consider the market, your specific property, current competition, buyer behavior, and your goals for the sale. The goal isn’t to choose the highest possible listing price—it’s to position your home strategically for the strongest possible outcome.
-
Maybe—and there should be a reason if we do. I don’t believe every home needs the same formula. Staging, an open house, repairs, or a particular launch strategy should be recommended because they can meaningfully change how buyers experience your home or strengthen our position in the market.
-
Price is only one part of an offer. Terms, financing, timing, contingencies, communication, and the overall strength of the transaction can all matter to a seller. We’ll understand the complete picture before deciding how to make your offer as compelling as possible without losing sight of what protects you.
-
This is where preparation becomes especially important. We’ll look at your finances, timing, the current market, your tolerance for risk, and what needs to happen on both sides of the move. Then we can build a strategy around your actual life—not simply hope all the dates line up.me
